You are bidding on a collection of books that reprinted Prince Valiant comic strips. Prince Valiant has been a beloved medieval feature of the newspaper comics since Hal Foster created it back in 1937.
Included are:
• 1 Pacific Comics Club book published in 1979 containing strips from 1954
• 5 Fantagraphics books including Vol. 1 The Prophecy (1995 2nd printing), Vol. 25 The Curse (1995 1st printing), Vol. 26 Lithway’s Law (1984 1st printing), Vol. 27 The Eternal Quest (1985 1st printing), Vol. 28 The Savage Girl (1985 1st printing)
IN ADDITION, we are including four volumes of the Marvel Comics books that were new stories by Charles Vess and art by John Ridgway. Included are numbers 1-4 published between 1994 and 1995.
All these comics are in good condition, and were donated from the collection of Rubèn Procopio, a former Disney Feature Animation artist, and a master sculptor of collectible statues for Disney, Electric Tiki, Sideshow, etc.
